Gallagher Command Centre: A Mobile App for Security Management
Gallagher Command Centre is a mobile app developed by Gallagher Security that allows users to connect to their Command Centre security system using their mobile devices. This app is designed to provide security staff with more mobility and flexibility when they are offsite or out on patrol, while still maintaining full awareness of what’s happening on site. The app enables guards attending incidents to access relevant details remotely and easily add alarm notes that will automatically be visible to those in the control room. Emergency wardens can manage evacuations by moving people to safe areas and monitor a list of cardholders yet to be cleared into a safe area.
The Command Centre Mobile app offers a range of features that include cardholder search, alarm processing, monitoring and overriding door and zone statuses, triggering macros to perform custom functions, disabling a cardholder’s access, and configuration of Gallagher Bluetooth® readers. It also supports English, French, and Spanish languages and can connect securely from anywhere without the need to use a corporate network or VPN. The app is compatible with all currently supported versions of Command Centre, and users must be licensed to use the Gallagher Command Centre software to access the app.
